We liked the old fashioned vibe of the hotel.Breakfast was very good and the grounds are pretty. The location was great for walking to Obidos. The hotel is located within a hour from the airport so it makes launch for visiting Portugal. We also went to Peniche from there. Gorgeous views of the Atlantic.

Great location. Only 4 minute walk to walled Old Town. Parking was untimed in the street and private off street parking also available. We parked in the street as it was right at the entrance to Hotel. We upgraded room for a moderate price to one with 2 balconies. One of the balconies had extensive views of the valley. Lift to upper floor. Breakfast included which had a good range. Wi-Fi very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

the staff were so nice and welcoming. the hotel is very clean but rooms size is for no more than 1 person. they had parking and a swimming pool that was great. very nice view.

The breakfast was good with warm and cold options, and an automatic coffee machine that offers a variety of options. The location was just a few minutes from the historic center and very convenient to walk to. The rooms were basic but clean and functional. There is also a well kept garden area and a small pool.

The location of the hotel and the good value. Plenty of car parking. The girls on reception were all lovely. The breakfast was nice and simple. Air conditioning worked very well.

Quaint hotel not busy, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Parking outside hotel is free and walk to castle wall is only 5 mins.

We were upgraded to a Superior Double and discovered we had a balcony overlooking their lovely garden which has lots of seating and far-reaching views. Parking was not an issue as there is free street parking and also a large car park of their own attached to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent (eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal). Staff were really friendly and helpful. A 10-minute walk up the hill to the Old Town and there are 2 large supermarkets a 15-minute walk the other way

The hotel was easy to find and a short walk from the village centre. There was plenty of car parking. We had a nice view from our balcony. We booked the romantic offer and had chocolates and a bottle of bubbly when we wanted we arrived.
